Erika is excited to call Florida home and even more excited to be part of the Lift family! Originally from central Maine, she brings more than 10 years of experience working alongside adults with intellectual disabilities in both residential and day program settings. She loves building relationships, encouraging others, and helping create a place where everyone feels welcomed, valued, and celebrated.

When she’s not at Elevate, you’ll find Erika making memories with her three kids and family, soaking up the Florida sunshine, traveling, spending time at the beach or amusement parks, cheering on the Dallas Cowboys (yes, even during the tough seasons!), or enjoying a big iced coffee. She’s looking forward to getting to know our participants and families and is thrilled to be part of all the fun, friendships, and adventures at Lift!
