Nicole Burnett joins Lift as an Elevate Program Assistant, bringing more than 10 years of experience supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities in group homes and adult training programs. Her compassion, patience, and ability to build meaningful connections are at the heart of everything she does. Nicole is passionate about encouraging others and making a positive difference in their lives, and she is excited to bring her experience, dedication, and heart to the Lift team.

Outside of work, Nicole enjoys spending time with her family, going to the beach, eating Mexican food whenever she gets the chance, and cheering on the Kansas City Chiefs!
