Originally from Costa Rica, Erick has called the United States home for nearly 24 years and has lived in Florida for the past 13. He brings a unique blend of experience, compassion, and curiosity to the Elevate team. With degrees in Accounting and Computer Science, along with experience as a counselor at Waikiki Health Center, Erick enjoys connecting with people and helping them grow and thrive.

Erick and his wife, Heather, a pediatrician and Army veteran, are the proud parents of their daughter, Savannah, who attends Georgia Tech. Their family also includes two beloved pets, Isla and Luna.

Outside of Elevate, Erick loves staying active and is always eager to learn something new. Whether it’s history, cooking, construction, cars, dancing, winemaking, or spending time outdoors playing sports, he’s happiest exploring new interests and experiences. Erick is excited to build meaningful relationships with our participants and families and is grateful to be part of the Lift family!
