William Jefferson has always believed that people are at the heart of every great mission. With a background in nonprofit leadership and community development, he enjoys bringing people together, building meaningful relationships, and helping others make a lasting impact.  He is excited to serve the Lift Disability Network family and is passionate about connecting supporters, partners, and the community to Lift’s life-changing mission.

 

When he’s not working, you’ll usually find Will spending time with his wife, Erica, and their four boys, serving in ministry as Pastor of the Purpose Church, enjoying a good conversation over coffee, or cheering on his kids at their latest activities. He loves encouraging others, finding creative solutions, and believes that a little humor, genuine relationships, and a heart for serving can go a long way.
