Erica is the Camp Director for Breakaway, where she helps campers create unforgettable memories. She first joined the LDN family as a Breakaway volunteer in 2019 and has continued to find new ways to serve and be part of the community ever since. With years of experience on summer camp staff, Erica loves the unique moments and lifelong memories that only happen at camp.

Married with three daughters, she also enjoys traveling, exploring new places, and simply hanging out with people—whether around a campfire or over a good cup of coffee. Her motto? Life is better when it’s full of adventure and laughter.
