Dear Lift Family,

My parents expressed the spirit of generosity through a variety of ways. One example of their giving spirit was they would open our home to children who were in foster care. It was always interesting to see how these children adapted to a new home. The most striking observation was that as our family extended the arms of our home, many of the children had a difficult time embracing the principle of Belonging.

In 2022 the Lift team purposed to create environments for people to Belong. It was important as our community emerged from the ashes of the pandemic that we provided a way for everyone to feel grafted into a family. A place to feel accepted and loved. The results were remarkable!

Our ministry reached greater heights than ever before through our initiative. We saw our program involvement increase by 51%. The family engagement increased to 644. We experienced an increase of 48% family engagement. All of this, and more, indicated to us that more and more people were becoming connected and finding a place to Belong.

As you look over the 2022 report, please know how grateful we are to everyone who got involved and opened the arms of our family to a community that needed to feel accepted.
