Elevate Adult Day Program provides opportunities for individuals with developmental/intellectual disabilities to develop relationships, social and life skills, and community interactions. We serve adults aged 18+ who are able to provide basic self-care and want to learn skills that would allow them to move toward independence.
Elevate is a safe, fun, encouraging atmosphere that motivates participants to reach their full potential and attain higher satisfaction with life.
Provides participants with opportunities to develop confidence, skills to lead a more independent life, and new interests.
Activities and programs provide participants with opportunities to develop confidence, skills to lead a more independent life, and new interests. By sharing feelings and ideas, participants learn to create goals for themselves and work towards fulfilling those goals in creative and fun ways.
The club takes monthly field trips in the community to practice the skills we have tackled, learn new things about our neighboring areas, and have a GREAT time together.

"Elevate is such a great program. My brother loves the routine of the day - social hour, bible stories, exercise, crafting and the list goes on. It allows him the social setting to build friendships in a safe and non-judgemental atmosphere. He is looking forward to the start of fall term. Thank you for the tremendous effort spent to provide such a 'space' for individuals with life challenges."
"You have made my life better by acting as a much needed pressure valve. I'm spiritually and mentally refreshed!"
